Today first we wanted to go swimming but we couldn't because it was closed, we looked round the building, and went back to see if swimming was open and it was open and I ran in to find a locker. I love swimming and when it was time to get out I didn't want to but I had to. Do you know was in the swimming? There was three sliders, two were just normal but very long, one was short and fast, the Dippers went down three times but the Cunnies didn't even try. There was waves, and we got out after the second lot.

Then we went to a restaurant and I took some pictures in the restaurant.

And after we had been in the restaurant me and Katie went into a placed what was called clowning around and me and Katie had our faces painted and we also made a clown hat and we made clown things and we played. After that we tidied up the toys that we had been playing with and we had a drink and biscuit and a story and after we had the story we got out bags out, and when the parents came we got out pictures and bags and we put our jumpers on and set off back to the Villa and on the way to the Villa we got some postcards to send to people.

At the Villa then we played a game and then Katie went to bed and I went to have a little lie down but I couldn't get to sleep so my Daddy brought my GameBoy in so I played that but I had to shut the door cause Katie was fast asleep. After that I played my game but it was too hard so my Daddy brought my colouring in and I played it. And then my dad said I could come into the front room cause Katie was asleep so I had to whisper.

When Kate woke up then me and Katie went into the bathroom to wash our makeup from being a clown and we washed it all off. And then we went into our bedroom to get ready for the disco that night, and it was a good job that Katie had the long sleep because that meant we could stop up at the disco a bit later after Katie's bed time, and a little bit after mine to.

Helen and my dad rode a bike and on the back of one bike there is a little thing that carries two people, and me and Katie sat in that on the way there and on the way back. At the disco we asked the man if he could play “reach up for the stars” and he played “reach up for the stars” and I sung along and did most of the actions right, but some people did some of them wrong but that what I thought. And there was a magician before we started the dancing. And at the disco there was two full rows at the top of the dancing floor of lights. And there four lights at each side at the front and at one point they put them on and all they way to the ends they had the lights on and lights at the top of the stage and they back there were more lights that were on black cloth. And they called out my dads name because that day it was my dads birthday and we sung him happy birthday and they even mad him stand on this chair and I stood in front of him. And when we got back from the disco me and Katie were so puffed out that we got our pyjamas and brushed our teeth to fall straight to sleep. And Katie she kept touching me and playing tricks on me when I wasn’t looking but I got so bored of it that I went into my dads room and told my dad and I went to sleep on Helens side and when I was asleep and Katie was asleep then my dad would carry me back to my bed.

Today me and Katie went to “Drama Workshop” and I thought they were going to have a tambourine but they didn't they just made us laugh. Mostly all the way through the lesson they made us laugh but a little bit of the time they didn't but most of the time they made us laugh.

Next we went roller skating and it my first time that I had been roller skating and one bit near where the step were because that was where people had a rest but some people had a rest at the beginning or the end where ever they were up to in there round. And at the step there wasn't a bar and most of the time I needed to hold onto the bar but at there steps there wasn’t a bar because people needed to get up the steps and I could roller stake on my own without holding onto the bar and without falling over one time. And at roller skating some of the time my daddy needed to hold my hand but most of the time I held onto the bar and went round the edge.

After that we went to a restaurant to have some lunch. Then we went swimming and at swimming my daddy wanted to go down the with slide, the fist time Helen and Katie didn’t want to go down the with slide but now they have been done the with slide and Helen is still a little bit scared. And then we found new pools that go outside, I only found one because before I had seen the other one.

31 December 2001

This morning I woke up and I saw the snow and at the same time a little bit after Katie woke up and she saw the snow.

And then we had a little chat and then we had an idea the idea was to do a puppet show and we did a few puppet show and we went into my dads room and we did two puppet shows for them and the first one was a puppet show of "Mums and Dads" for Daddy and the second one was Cinderella for them to watch. And then I had a cuddle with my dad and Katie had a cuddle with her mummy and then Helen got up made some breakfast while me and my daddy had a fight in bed.

After breakfast me and Katie went into our rooms to get dressed and me and my daddy went out into the snow and I had my big snow suit on that I got for Christmas and we went out in the snow and down to the lake and we took some pictures down at the lake and it was freezing but I want cold cause I was in my big ski suit.

And yesterday we were doing something else that my daddy booked for the next day and it was ten pin bowling and we did that first. And eventually it got up to there was only me and Katie playing and we had horses each, and who’s got furthest was the winner, and when it was the end my horse was just a little bit in front of Katie’s, and that meant I was the winner.

And then we came back to the villa and had lunch and that afternoon there was a party for little children to celebrate the new year. And then after that we went to the window and took a few pictures of swimming and then walked through the bowling room and went downstairs and actually do swimming for ourselves and on the way to swimming we booked a game to do the next day and the we carried on walking to swimming. Then we came back to the villa and it was choice between me and Katie could have a bath on the bubbly bath or we could play games and eat sweets and we both had to choose the same then and we both choose sitting down and playing games and eating sweets and then after we had played a game of animal fours it was Katie's game and I stayed up a bit later to do my diary.

1 January 2002

This morning when it was time to get I was still fast asleep and I took ages to get up and Helen came in and she tried to wake us up then she just bounced the bed like what me and Katie normally do to my dad and Katie's mummy.

Then we went 10 pin bowling again and that time we all had horses and I thought I was going to be the winner and eventually it said Helen and my Dad was the winner and I did not think that was right I think it should have been me and my dad was the winner. And at then end of the end of us doing Ten Pin Bowling and Katie had a “Storming Norman” and Katie and Helen had to go back to the villa.

And then me and my dad went into a room that had lots of games in and we played two of them, the first one that we played was called "Table Hockey" and then we went and looked around and we saw another game and I knew how to play it quite well, do you know what it was called? It was called "Pin Ball".

Then we went a got a glass of milk and then before I had finished my glass of milk it was time for us to get pour thingies to play shuffleboard, and I though was quite because what you had do was slide the thingies down and the number of the square you got in was the number of point you got. And eventually I could shoot from the side and I got further and I got more points than my daddy. And my Daddy in shuffleboard he was trying to get a four point cause that was the highest points and he did them too hard and they fell of the end and that means you get zero point and one time my Daddy pushed one of mine and he pushed into the square of three points and that meant I won.

And the we came back to the villa to have some lunch. After lunch we went swimming again and the white slider that when go down it you go zooming down and I thought I couldn't go down on my own and I tried and if I didn't go down on my own I had to wait till my dad came back to take me with him cause my dad went down on his own. And then we came back to the villa to have some tea and I helped my daddy cook some tea but normally Katie's mummy did it. And then we had a bath with bubble in and it had tons of bubble in and me an Katie were swimming in bubbles, and I got bubbles up my ears bubble up my nose bubble in my month bubbles between my toes bubbles in my finger nails bubbles in my botty bubbles everywhere. Then it was Katie's bedtime and I stayed up a bit to write my diary.

2 January 2002

This morning we sprang out of bed and I went into my daddy's bedroom and we had a cuddle and then we got out of bed and had some breakfast. Then me and Katie went into our room and did getting dressed.

Then Helen took us to "Native Americans" at the Dragonflies while my daddy stayed at home to put some things into the car. At Native Americans we made Indian hats then we had our face painted like Indians then we did some playing too, then after that it was time to tidy up and then to have a story but we didn't have time to finish the story because the lady had to give some present out and the presents were put into a bag and were allowed to look at them, and do you know what it was? It was a scrapbook.

And then we went to a restaurant and the restaurant we had been to before and this time we didn't sit on high chars we sat on low chairs. The restaurant was called "Chez Pierre".

Next we went roller skating and I got better at it today because it was my second time that we had did roller skating so I got better at it. And that day Katie wasn’t even practicing she was just playing about and falling over and I actually got better at it than her. I skated round three and a half times without falling over but holding my daddy's hand. At then end I could skate across the ring on my own but I did it bit by bit, that time I wasn't holding my daddies hand and we nearly did skating all the end until it finished me and my daddy did but Helen and Katie didn't they went out a little bit before it finished.

Next we went and we got changed to go swimming and while we were waiting then we thought we could take some pictures of outer people swimming and when we went into the swimming we had to careful because my camera isn't allowed to get wet.

Do you know these pictures that we are putting in this diary, most of them are took my me on my new camera.

Tonight then we are going to a Ceilidh but we haven't done that yet because Katie needs to have a sleep and then we will be able to stop up late like we did on my Daddy's Birthday.
